OsMonitor Data Protection & Privacy Policy Framework

Effective Date: December 22, 2025 | Last Updated: June 11, 2026

This comprehensive Privacy Policy ("Policy") establishes the operational frameworks and cryptographic data preservation guidelines enforced by Nanjing Wangya Computer Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding the governance of informational data aggregated via our official internet infrastructure (www.os-monitor.com, hereinafter "Website") and our proprietary OsMonitor on-premise employee monitoring software platform ("Software"). By accessing our Website infrastructure, downloading historical binary artifacts, or executing the system installer configurations, the Customer ("User", "you") explicitly manifests consensus to the structural data paradigms set forth in this instrument.

1. Website Telemetry and Technical Data Aggregation

To maintain structural availability, optimize infrastructure parameters, and suppress hostile cyber vectors targeting our online environments, our network systems automatically log limited, non-identifiable technical server telemetry records during your browsing sessions. This diagnostic layer encompasses the following indicators:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address allocations and associated approximate country-level geographic variables;
  • Browser application specifications, user-agent details, system kernel variations, and language preferences; and
  • Essential first-party technical cookies strictly necessary to maintain cryptographic navigation continuity and cart integrity.

Prohibition of Behavioral Monetization: The Company explicitly covenants that it does not integrate behavioral marketing tracking modules, execution codes for cross-site retargeting, or consumer profiling scripts within the Website. Your browsing metrics are never leased, sold, bartered, or shared with external advertising syndicates.

2. Software Cryptographic Activation Variables

To enforce digital copyright boundaries, isolate unauthorized multi-casting of registration codes, and facilitate corporate deployment verification during tech support iterations, the Software client-server handshake mechanism transmits limited license metadata to our central registration database during the initialization phase. This administrative collection is strictly constrained to:

  • The alphanumeric Software license key assigned to the Customer's corporate profile;
  • An irreversible, mathematically generated hardware hash (representing a static fingerprint of the primary server host machine's physical layout to bind the activation instance); and
  • Primary administrative contact details provided manually during the transaction phase (e.g., corporate email identity).

3. Secure Payment Infrastructure, Tokenization, and Credit Card Governance

All financial transactional checkouts executed to acquire OsMonitor licenses are integrated directly with accredited, heavily audited international payment processors, payment gateways, and authorized Merchant of Record (MoR) institutions. Nanjing Wangya Computer Co., Ltd. never directly views, captures, processes, logs, or maintains custody over primary credit card numbers, billing passwords, security codes (CVV/CVC), or direct bank account login credentials.

To ensure total alignment with international card network standards, our e-commerce system implements the following payment processing frameworks:

  • Airwallex Platform and Card Payment Networks: For direct online card checkouts (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), transaction details are processed directly via secure APIs and embedded iframe fields hosted by Airwallex. All communications are protected through Transport Layer Security (TLS) and comply with strict Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). The transaction session utilizes end-to-end encryption and tokenization techniques, ensuring card details flow entirely past our servers directly to the clearing network; and
  • PayPal Gateways: Acts as an authorized financial processing partner for direct wallet transfers and alternative payment clearing operations.

These payment partners utilize your billing parameters strictly to process funds, prevent international fraudulent chargebacks, verify card validity, and ensure full compliance with regional corporate taxation laws.

4. Sovereign On-Premise Data Isolation (Absolute Cloud Risk Mitigation)

The Company operates under a strict data minimization philosophy regarding employee monitoring logs. Because OsMonitor is engineered exclusively as a native, self-hosted, on-premise monitoring platform, all activity tracking logs, surveillance metrics, metadata, application data, and operational screenshots generated across your enterprise network are subject to the following absolute privacy parameters:

  • Absolute Local Custody: All analytical and recorded tracking materials are written directly to your private local databases or dedicated Windows server storage units under your physical control.
  • Zero Remote Visibility: Nanjing Wangya Computer Co., Ltd. maintains no background access vectors, remote management interfaces, or administrative backdoors to view, read, decrypt, or download your tracking repositories.
  • No External Telemetry Streams: The binary application components contain no operational scripts or synchronization routines designed to upload, cache, or duplicate user content to external servers or third-party cloud architectures.
🚫 Programmatic Omission of Keystroke Recording (Keylogging):

To uphold structural system integrity and mitigate the risks associated with data leakage of corporate credentials, the core source code of the Software is explicitly compiled WITHOUT any keystroke logging mechanisms. OsMonitor cannot capture, log, parse, or evaluate sequential alphanumeric keyboard inputs. This functional omission fundamentally guarantees that sensitive corporate passwords, administrative credentials, financial codes, and high-risk personal data fields are never intercepted by the application runtime.

5. Functional Application of Collected Information

The limited business and technical data collected directly by the Company are utilized exclusively to fulfill the parameters of our direct interaction framework, specifically to:

  • Verify active licensing status and prevent illegal cracking or software duplication;
  • Deliver requested technical resolution support and debug administrative deployment errors;
  • Acknowledge payment receipts, confirm order tracking statuses, and isolate transactional fraud; and
  • Satisfy auditing requirements, national corporate compliance standards, and corporate tax regulations.

The Company guarantees that it will never trade, market, lease, or distribute your email records or organizational details to external marketing groups.

6. Data Retention Limits

The administrative license profiles, activation timestamps, hardware hash bindings, and historical technical support records are retained continuously within our corporate databases for the duration of the software licensing term. This retention exists to facilitate lifecycle upgrades and account verification. Upon license termination or explicit request, records are archived or anonymized in accordance with applicable accounting retention regulations.

7. Data Transmission to Infrastructure Service Providers

To facilitate smooth transactional workflows and secure software distribution, restricted metadata fragments (excluding core user data) may be routed through our vetted enterprise service partners under strict confidentiality agreements:

  • Payment Gateway Infrastructure: Airwallex, PayPal; and
  • Transactional Email Platforms: Used solely to issue automated system activation credentials, payment receipts, and technical update documentation.

8. Customer Status as Data Controller (Legal Compliance Covenants)

The Customer acknowledges that by executing the localized installation of OsMonitor, they act as the exclusive **"Data Controller"** over all aggregated employee tracking material, database entries, logs, and screenshots. The Company maintains zero status as a Data Processor over your tracking logs, as no data elements are transmitted back to our environments.

The Customer assumes total legal liability for ensuring that the implementation of workplace monitoring aligns with all regional civil laws, labor laws, tracking notification rules, and employee disclosure policies operating inside their business jurisdiction.

Nanjing Wangya Computer Co., Ltd. does not offer legal assessment or regulatory compliance advice for your monitoring practices.

9. Children's Privacy Exclusions

Our systems, documentation, and enterprise tracking applications are designed purely for implementation by corporate organizations, professional IT structures, and adult administrators. We do not knowingly target, engage with, or collect metrics from children under thirteen (13) years of age.

10. Structural Material Updates

The Company reserves the administrative right to modify the parameters of this Privacy Policy to ensure absolute harmony with evolving financial compliance rules, payment clearing metrics, or data preservation laws. Any material expansion or contraction of terms will be made visible by revising the "Last Updated" timestamp featured at the header of this legal portal.
