Would you like to make computers to run specified software? For example, how to make computer to run MSOffice or other programs related with work?  You may try the white list.

Right click on computers that are monitored, there will be a dialogue box. Click ＂ＲＥＣ　white list＂.

There will be a box as follows. You can run programs on the computer; all programs you run will be automatically recorded in white list. Click ＂End REC＂when the white list is done.

After REC, you can view white list at OsMonitor Server and delete some programs you don’t want.

OsMonitor identify files not by their filenames or locations but by their condition code. If your employee change a name of game program with WinExcel.exe, OsMonitor also can identify that the program with the name " Win Excel is indeed a game program and block it at once. Therefore, it is useless to escape from monitoring through changing filenames. If the program Excel is infected with virus, it won’t allowed to run because its condition code is changed by virus.
