Limit option

Select options and click “save current group settings”, you can prevent the user to visit specified web sites, stop programs you don't want to be started or completely restrict certain users from using the PC.

Browser

In the box ＂Block URL contains string as follow＂, if you if you enter＂game ＂so that all URLs contain ＂game＂ could not be visited. In the box＂Only permit to visit URL contains string as follow＂, if you enter http://www.MSN.com, you can only visit http://www.MSN.com and you can not visit other URLs. Note: Make sure to enter the default homepage in the box＂Only permit to visit URL contains string as follow＂,otherwise, the default homepage will be shut down.

Anti-porn Setting

If you select ＂Ｂlock anti-porn websites intelligently＂, it will shield 99% porn websites. You also can add some websites you trust in below box so that these websites won’t be shut down. You can enter custom key words in the box below＂Ｃheck websites with custom keywords＂so that all web pages contain these keywords will be shut down.

Others

You can set at here which programs to be blocked, which Windows contain specified title to be blocked. Enter executable program name and windows title you want to block in the list so that all these windows and programs will be shut down.

Monitor option

You can select option you want to monitor according to your requirement. All records will be found in database at OsMonitor Server.

Client

If you select ＂Don＇t show icon on the tray＂, you can enter the interface by pressing hotkey. Your password is also effective on Client. Your settings will take effect after restart Client. If you select ＂Desktop will be locked when Server and client connecting is failed＂，Desktop will be locked when Server and client connecting is failed until you enter OsMonitor Server password.

Scheduling

You can decide when you want to or when you don’t want to monitor your employees. For example, you can stop monitoring your employees at lunch time. You also can send custom warning to your employees.

White list

Select ＂Enable application white list＂to choose specified white list and click ＂Save current group settings ＂so that white list you REC will take effect. If your employees intend to run programs that are not in white list, their computers will be turned off automatically.

Backup file

You can set at here to backup files from your employee＇s computer to Server at stated period in each day. You also can decide time, style and location of backup. All compress backup of new files or changed files will be saved in database for you later reviewing.
